Coordinate good understanding between employees and executives
Solve the problem about human resource work to employees and executives
Update and Propose salary structure to executives
Prepare work evaluation data for probationary staff and submit to each department
Improvement and report department KPI to department managers, executives and present at the meeting.
Participate all departments to review & update JD Leader and control employee to follow compliance
Follow safety rules in working, 5 S, activity Suggestions and ISO system
Customer service environmental protection
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Male or Female / Age not more than 40 years old. Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Political Science, Law, Personnel Management or related field Experience: 3-5 Years up and/or get approved form top management. Specialist: Knowledgeable labor law, and other related laws, have skills in personnel management, leadership, good coordination and fluent in English. Knowledgeable salary structure. Have a good relationship, Creative, Circumspection, able to use computer and office equipment.
