We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance and reliability of all production machinery in our FIBC (Jumbo Bag) manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring maximum machine uptime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and driving continuous improvement across all production departments.
Candidates with strong experience in Sulzer Projectile Looms are highly preferred. However, this position requires the capability to oversee all plant machinery, not only Sulzer machines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Maintenance & Engineering Department.
Oversee the maintenance of all production equipment, including:
Sulzer Projectile Looms
Circular Looms
Extrusion Lines
Lamination Machines
Printing Machines
Cutting Machines
Sewing Machines
Air Compressors
Forklifts
Plant Utilities
Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot major machine breakdowns and implement permanent corrective actions.
Improve machine reliability, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets.
Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
Coordinate with production to minimize machine downtime.
Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and monthly management reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve equipment performance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 810 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance. Hands-on experience with Sulzer Projectile Looms is highly preferred. Experience in the FIBC, woven polypropylene, textile, or packaging industry is an advantage. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to prepare professional reports and present KPIs to management. Good command of English. Willing to relocate and work in Yangon, Myanmar. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement programs. Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. Experience managing maintenance budgets and spare parts planning. Familiarity with ISO quality systems and safety management.
