Responsibilities:
Cooperate with payroll outsource agency to process monthly payroll for ensuring that all employee payments are accurate and on time, including Personal Income Taxes, Social Security Fund, Provident Fund, and other activities related with payroll processing
Maintain and optimize the HRMS system for efficiency.
Maintain the HRMS database, ensuring accuracy and consistency of employee records related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field Strong technical skills in HRMS, with the ability to generate and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools 23 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations related to payroll Experience handling payroll for over 1,000 employees Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a team Good command of English, particularly in work-related communication Experience in the electronics' href='https://m.jobpub.com/?k=electronics'>electronics industry and/or in compensation and benefits administration is a plus
