- Assist the Executive with daily administrative tasks, managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, arranging complex travel plans, itineraries, agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.
- Communicate on behalf of the Executive with staff and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally.
- Conduct research on prospective corporate and government agencies to identify needs and prepare materials for proposals.
- Translate English to Thai and vice versa, understanding the context. Ensure the Executive's schedule is meticulously planned, coordinated, and respected.
- Act as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway," facilitating direct access to the Executive's time and office, creating win-win situations.
- Work closely with the Executive to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Act as a "barometer," sensing issues in the environment and keeping the Executive updated.
- Communicate directly on behalf of the Executive with sponsors and partners from other corporate companies and government agencies.
- Handle various tasks assigned by the Executive.
- Working 6 days a week with one day off. Be prepared to work long hours.
