This role focuses primarily on online marketing and digital channel management, with additional responsibilities in administrative support and business development projects as assigned.
- The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, comfortable working online, able to communicate well in English, and capable of handling multiple digital platforms and tasks independently
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute online marketing activities across various digital channels
- Handle social media platforms including posting, scheduling, engagement, and basic community management
- Create and manage digital content including captions, short-form content, and basic marketing materials
- Support graphic design tasks such as simple visuals, banners, and social media creatives
- Assist in managing online sales and marketing channels (e.g. social commerce, messaging platforms, marketplaces, or websites)
- Respond to online enquiries and messages professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and content planning
- Track basic performance metrics such as engagement, reach, enquiries, or sales activity
- Support administrative tasks related to marketing operations and online platforms
- Assist with business development, research, or special projects as assigned
- Maintain organised digital files, records, and documentation
- Follow internal processes, timelines, and reporting requirements
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : - Fluent in English - Bachelor's Degree in any field - Comfortable working with digital platforms and online tools on a daily basis - Familiar with social media platforms and digital content workflows - Able to create captions, short-form content, and basic marketing materials - Basic graphic or visual sense; able to work on simple visuals or creatives (training provided if needed) - Comfortable handling multiple tasks, platforms, and deadlines independently - Able to respond to online enquiries and messages promptly and professionally - Organized and detail-oriented, with good file and record management habits - Able to follow processes, timelines, and reporting requirements consistently - Willing to support administrative tasks related to marketing and online operations - Able to assist with research, coordination, or business development projects as assigned - Able to work on-site at the office; remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available - Willing to travel locally when required for work-related tasks - Responsible, reliable, active, and able to work with minimal supervision - Burmese / Myanmar applicants welcome
