JPK Counsel Co., Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate in English. The General Manager will directly report to the CEO and will play a key role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while meeting performance objectives

1. Office Management: Supervise and control all office staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and
productivity. 2. Performance Oversight: Monitor the company's operational performance and report directly to the
CEO. 3. Legal Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of legal principles to guide the companys strategies and
operations. 4. Team Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and provide guidance to staff to ensure alignment with company
goals. 5. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans and policies. 6. Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external
stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in Law or a related field. Proven managerial experience in a professional office environment, preferably in the legal sector. Strong understanding of legal principles and their practical applications. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and ensure organizational goals are met. Aged between 40-60 years old.
Preferred Attributes: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive and results-oriented approach.
