Responsibilities:
1.Greet Clients and Pets: Welcome clients and their pets, providing initial guidance on the services offered by the veterinary hospital.
2.Handle Phone Calls and Appointments: Answer phone calls from clients, schedule appointments with veterinarians, and respond to general inquiries about hospital services.
3.Manage Medical Records and Documentation: Record pet information in the computer system, manage related documents, and ensure that all recorded data is accurate and up-to-date.
4.Coordinate Communications: Act as a liaison between veterinarians and clients, and coordinate with various departments within the hospital for smooth operations.
5.Process Payments: Handle client payments, prepare receipts, and provide information about treatment costs.
6.Maintain a Clean Reception Area: Ensure that the reception area and workspace are always clean and organized.
7.Post-Treatment Client Care: Provide follow-up information to clients after treatments, including scheduling any necessary follow-up appointments.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of providing clear guidance and answering client inquiries. 3. Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and professional demeanor, with patience and tolerance in dealing with clients. 4. Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office and veterinary medical record software. 5. Work Experience: Previous experience in veterinary hospitals or in customer service positions will be a plus. 6. English skill is preferable 7. Comfortable to work as a shift.
