Real Estate Listing Sale Coordinator :
As a Real Estate Listing Agent, you will play a vital role in listing and marketing properties, ensuring that our clients' needs are met with exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include managing property listings, coordinating with the sales team, and developing marketing strategies to attract potential sellers & buyers.
At Brickpaths You Will:
Manage Listings: Oversee the listing stock of properties under your responsibility, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Post Property Listings: Upload property listings on real estate websites and social media channels as specified by the company.
Create Advertisement Content: Develop compelling and effective advertisements for property listings.
Client Coordination: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and feedback on their listings.
Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Maintain Records: Ensure all documentation and records related to listings and transactions are accurate and well-organized.
Market Research: Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller.
Listing Generation: Prospect and conduct listing generation activities to create new business opportunities.
Pricing Strategy: Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home.
Data Properties Listing and Marketing Management: Handle all aspects of data properties and marketing listings, including completing listing paperwork, posting to companys system and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales.
Home Staging: Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.
