HR & Sales Recruiter Specialist :
As a Sales Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting top talent for our sales team. You will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, from developing targeted search strategies to building long-term relationships with candidates and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives.
At Brickpaths You Will:
- Sales Recruitment Management: Oversee all stages of the sales recruitment process to ensure we attract the best talent.
- Targeted Search Strategy: Develop and implement position-specific search strategies to source both active and passive candidates.
- Applicant Screening: Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their fit with our hiring criteria, gauge their interest, and communicate the companys mission and opportunities.
- Candidate Research: Investigate potential candidates' backgrounds to identify and reach out to prospects.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with managers and directors to become a trusted advisor for achieving business goals.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain ongoing contact with candidates to build strong, long-term relationships.
- ATS Management: Update and manage candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Recruitment Reporting: Compile and complete recruiting reports and other related activities to track and measure recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment Advertising: Prepare and post recruitment advertisements using the latest marketing techniques, including social media and direct sourcing.
- Career Fair Representation: Attend and present at career fairs, club meetings, and classrooms at targeted universities and colleges to promote the firm and build relationships with Real Estate/Finance program heads.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Support: Contribute to company goals related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through innovative initiatives and recruiting programs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Promote a positive work environment and address any employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Performance Management: Assist in the development and execution of performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics to track key HR activities and support decision-making.
What Were Looking For:
- Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of sales recruiting experience in a corporate (non-agency) setting. - A mix of high-volume candidate processing and direct sourcing experience is preferred. Agency experience is a plus.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in commercial real estate investment sales or leasing brokerage is highly preferred.
- Candidate Management Skills: Proven ability to manage a high volume of candidates, develop effective sourcing strategies, assess qualifications, and close opportunities.
- Business Acumen: Strong organizational and verbal skills, a sense of urgency, and a commitment to quality.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever (ATS), and other social recruiting platforms.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Office 365 (SharePoint, OneNote, Teams, etc.) is a plus.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.
