GENERAL SUMMARY : To lead and coach 20-40 MBC storemanagers in all aspect of retail operation & people management to serve customers so that maximizing sales & store standard, minimizing operating expense and maximizing profit.
Responsibilities
1) Responsible in leading and coaching all storemanagers in span to be able to deliver the operations Key Performance Indicator
2) Responsible in supporting storemanagers to serve customers satisfaction
3) Responsible in analyzing and addressing operation issues and have plan in place.
4) Responsible to ensure in landing and embedding all company policy and procedure to stores
5) Responsible to identify staff talent and develop them to be ready for moves and appointments
6) Responsible to review storemanagers progress against targets in once a month.
7) Responsible in leading and coaching storemanagers to manage people in recruiting and preventing turnover including support peoples learning and growth in career.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : Qualification 1. University degree or higher 2. 3-5 year experience in managing retail operations 3. Proven people management, communication and leadership skills 4. Effective financial and cash management and data interpretation skill 5. Ability to operate effectively within a team 6. Highly committed to provide excellent customer service 7. Proven successful track record in delivering service, sales and profit expectations
