Basic Function:

Responsible for driving all business-related revenues throughout the pipeline: which includes all of revenues,With a target to attaining or exceeding annual budget revenue goals.

Primary Objectives to achieve department goals, as applicable:

Meet annual sales targets through new member registration and annual resellers
Manage department expenses
Provide ongoing training and development for all team staff
Promote and sell the product’s and services through relationships and discussion
Develop long and short-term sales & marketing plans
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Developing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote and manage The Thaikanya brand, utilising the very best techniques and tools.
Creating and managing key communication tools, such as website, social media, PR and events, ensuring that members & visitors are engaged and informed.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate guest needs, generating new ideas for guest incentives and business packages.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Sourcing new business opportunities by targeting new markets or new demographics.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Gaining and maintaining a deep understanding of the business and attitudes of its customers
Improving the quality of the guest experience and increasing satisfaction.
Supporting General Manager in achieving success of the thaikanya business by hitting and exceeding targets set.
·Working with internal managers to create the long-term success of team
Additional Responsibilities:

Promote the brand to the local community by attending Member functions, sponsoring community events, and representing Company within community organizations
Implementation of Club Membership Retention plan
Develop corporate activity
Maintain communication with peers by attending weekly department head and sales meetings
Implement and support all company initiatives and programs as required

4-year college degree preferred and 2 - 3 years of related experience in sales preferably hotel /fundraising/hospitality/service industry, or equivalent combination of Phamacy and experience
Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or Hotel and Restaurant Management preferred
Strong sales skills required
Knowledge of golf is preferred but not essential
Sales training essential
Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Office Suite
Solid time management, organisation, and prioritisation skills; ability to work independently
Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction required
Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build and foster a team environment desired.
