-Design and develop internal web/mobile applications using modern full-stack technologies (e.g. NodeJS, React, Flutter, SQL)
-Collaborate with System Analysts and Business Analysts to translate user requirements into technical solutions
-Develop and maintain API integrations with 3rd-party platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Payroll Systems)
-Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration using standard protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth)
-Ensure responsive and intuitive UI/UX across devices and platforms
-Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
-Conduct unit testing and support UAT with internal users
-Document code, technical specifications, and release notes
-Collaborate with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with internal standards
-Provide support and troubleshoot technical issues related to applications
