รายละเอียดงาน :
· To ensure effectiveness of scheduling to fulfil division budget target and efficiency of all delivery arrangements.
· Allocate tasks for auditors in advance.
· Planning all audits in schedule as per Schedule requests and contractual requirements.
· Recheck and allocate all overdue audit works and ensure the completion data in system.
· Ensuring that the team and man-day requirements and technical skills are allocated correctly on audits.
· Maintain an average and individual auditors utilization on audit schedule achieving 90%
· Correspond all activities (renewal/scheduling) included new staff training or contingency plan for certification process as assignment.
· Communicate and notify all assigned auditor regarding the schedule arrangement and any change.
· Distribute scheduling report to all auditors weekly; notify key issue, Customer special requirement to all auditors.
· Ensure that all stage 1 and desk study audit is planned daily basis and carried out before audits are conducted.
· Negotiate with clients on audit / training dates making negotiating changes where necessary.
· Responding to all client inquiries on scheduling/transportation and accommodation arrangement.
· Sending out audit / training confirmations to clients ensure that confirmation is obtained before works.
· Conduct work in accordance with SGS Procedures.
· Report to relevant managers of any client complaints, any system problems inefficiencies. Assisting for investigation and resolving those problem and issues.
· Produce Weekly Scheduling management report to underlined Supervisor and Manager as assignment.
