1.1 Provide training on technical knowledge in order to stimulate sales to subordinates and evaluate the progress of improvement and achievement
1.2 Ensure the accuracy of daily sales reports and financial accounts in the field.

2.1 Provide regular training, knowledge and skills to all subordinates. To provide staff in each position. Can work according to standards. And ready to grow in the next step.
2.2 Ensure that the staff performs their duties as assigned and compliance with standards.
2.3 Take care of the all junior staff and provide appropriate advice.
3 Customer
3.1 Be a good role model in customer service to meet company standards.
3.2 Supervise and maintain quality standards of raw materials and cook each dish to meet the standards to provide customers confidence.
3.3 Manage customer complaints and resolve the issue completely in professional manner.
3.4 Check the device and security system in the field in order to meet the safety requirements for customers and employees.
4 Business
4.1 Assist the branch manager in day-to-day manpower management. Provide adequate and consistent with the business requirements on that day.
4.2 Communicate with branch managers on subordinate management and the goal in the kitchen management.
4.3 Analyze and plan with the branch manager to reduce and manage all expenses such as wastage, labor cost, etc.
5 Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
