Regularly facilitate and deliver standard Fantree Academy training modules in leadership, essential and other skills areas
As one of the Fantree Academy master trainers, conduct regular Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions to ensure consistency of training delivery by our associate trainers (operational managers who deliver functional/technical skills training)
Design and implement activities for functions strategic initiatives to support leadership development, team building, planning and other activities
Implement leadership development framework in line with Group's talent management strategy and principles
Implement leadership culture programs and related initiatives to support our leaders' transformation towards desirable leadership behaviors
Review and adapt existing training programs/modules to reflect business requirements and local Thailand context
