Roles and Responsibility
Manages reporting and documentation; responsible for submitting in a timely fashion with an expectation of organized and error-free reports.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks including sound analysis report and presentation
Interfaces effectively and professionally with senior level staff both internally and externally.
Maintains all files for the Executive Office and Board; keeping files orderly, up to date, and in compliance with organizational requirements.
Takes minutes and highlights appropriate action items for follow-up to Executive Team meetings, Board, and Executive Committee meetings.
Performs additional administrative duties as needed
