Job Purpose
Head of Partnerships and Business Development will be responsible for planning and setting the roadmap for B2B and B2B2C in Thailand; running the successful business model as well as the marketing activities. He/ she will monitor and evaluate the portfolios. Oversee the business performance; provide the support and motivation to the customers to ensure the company's goals are met.
Growing Revenue
● Seeking for the new potential business partners to expand the companys business.
● Ensure and keep the relationship with business partners regularly and push them to boost up sales/ revenue.
● Be responsible for partnership strategy and new businesses recruitment including basic sales approach and expand the business to increase Companys portfolio
● Oversee the performance; provide the support and motivation to the customers.
● Develop, design and implement marketing plans and strategies for business partners.
Operational
● Plan and develop the Roadmap for partnership development model in Thailand.
● Implement and improve the end to end process of business/ partnership development
● Liaise and co-ordinate with all related departments to improve the operational processes such as Claims, Underwriting, Finance & Accounting.
● Develop and maintain measures of after sales service for customers satisfaction. Take corrective action and suggest preventive solutions where appropriate

● Motivates and empowers others to achieve the companys goals;
● Provides staff with development opportunities and coaching.
