- Provide 1st level application and system support/guidance to users.
- Handle and resolution of day-today operational process and application issues.
- Support problem resolutions by close collaboration with users and related team for follow-up to result of the issues.
- Support in provide user training and training materials if required.
- Create/Update issue case can resolve and create incident weekly report.
- Analyze issues trends to find out opportunities to reduce reoccurring issues.
- Support basic IT related tasks in the office
