Providing full secretarial support to CEO
Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence to the CEO
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Collating and filing expenses
Other personal duties as assigned.
