- Handle CRM database management, update the availability of listed properties and help customers in listing new properties on the website.
- Follow-up of the sales process from the contract writing to the payment.
- Check the correct application of Group processes and procedures by the team.
- In charge of office administration duties by ensuring the work flow of Samui Office to be efficient and effective.
- Answering phone calls and online inquiries.
- Oversee office supply and the maintenance of office utilities.
- Provide admin support to the team when needed.
- Provide supports to HR-related task as requested by Headquarter.
Accounting
- Make monthly record of accounting activities.
- In charge of creating invoices, receipts and follow up the expenses by using specially designed accounting tool (Xero.)
