Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel as required. Handle all kinds of typing & filing and administrative tasks in the office. Arrange & inform all appointments for the GM. Handle all in-coming telephones in the office. Handle and distribute all necessary correspondence, letters or memorandums to concerned parties.
