Responsible for the quality by inspect pre work, work in process and completed work to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements
Verified the product instruction accordance with the applicable client specifications and standards.
Improvement the QA/QC management system at co-packing (VAS) site with client management, VAS planner and the client representative on all quality matters
Assist in setting system for packaging material control, incoming, in process until outgoing manage (Co-packing)
Support and maintain the Quality system, GMP, HACCP, BRC and client requirement.
Assist in production capability improvement.
Note and report on work that does not meet requirements
Supporting QMR ensure SOPs/WIs documents are completely controlled and updated. This includes ensuring the latest releases are available on the network.
Typing and revising procedures, work instructions and other documents relating to Quality.
Support and maintain the Quality system, GMP, HACCP, BRC and client requirement.
Follow up and monitoring the corrective and preventive action plan for Non-conformance.
Action and report any out of spec to superior and team

Assist in training of Quality Procedures.
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
