Map out annual training plans and schedules for Back Office
Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
Select appropriate training methods or activities per case (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes)
Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
Coordinate with concerned parties to implement training & development program and ensure effectiveness.
Follow the other jobs as a superior assignment
