Job Description
Develop and execute the strategic marketing and branding plan for Restaurant Business to ensure sales growth, achieve revenue and profit targets both short term and long term to meet with company objectives and goals
Plan new product direction, marketing campaigns, promotions, activities, events in the restaurants and coordinate with operation department for update new activity, new menu launch and promotion alignment
Manage and in charge of the media plan for online and offline (media display in the restaurant and other places) and follow through all the processes, executions and evaluations including briefing and working with graphic designers and photographers for the final marketing advertisement
Work closely and collaborate with several advertising agencies both Thai and International and other vendor partners to manage restaurant brand marketing campaigns.
Study and understand consumers insights and market situation in order to define marketing opportunities and relevant occasion for delivering yearly marketing plan and support new business opportunities
Observe and provide feedback on operational results to operations in marketing aspects
Keep updated on the trend of food both Thai and International
Analyze consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
