- Lead all general marketing, market research, social media, event planning, website activities and continuously track ROI of marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness.
- Initiate differentiation of innovative sales channels, customer experience in order to increase company bottom line.
- Analyze market situation and insurance business competitors including government policies, direction of purchasing power to seek business opportunity.
- Study and analyze insurance products and initiate projects that focus on developing new products and services to grow up company policy.
- Develop tools for monitoring marketing performance results, customer acquisition channels and to control cost of the activities.
- Partner with sales teams to understand needs and provide timely and effective support in order to achieve company sales goals.
- To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth executions of the marketing objectives.
