Responsible for Bancassurance business development with business partner through bank channels assigned.
Accountable for sales figures and take necessary action plan in order to achieve business target assigned.
To provide coaching, marketing support and service to bank channels assigned.
Ensure bank channels well informed and followed the sales process guidelines.
Competent and understand the market trend on business products.
Conduct branch visits and provide training to staff and new recruits.
Work closely and engage with bank channels by updating sales performance.
