- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Schedules and coordinate appointments meeting & events
- Provide travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, flights or booking transportation and
accommodations both travel upcountry and oversea
- Answer and screen phone calls and manage the e-mail.
- Draft, proofread and revise correspondence, memos, minutes and agendas
- Coordinate and collaborate with senior executives and other departments/ parties concerns both
internally and externally
- Handle some personal matters as assigned
- Perform routine administrative functions
- Follow up the progress of all functions
- Work independently and handles confidential information
- Compile and analyses basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials
- Any other responsibilities are instructed by company
