รายละเอียดงาน :
- Lead in designing and developing HR strategy, system and policy to be in line with a companys regulation
- Coordinate with HR Department Manager/ HRM Unit Manager to initiate HR project, improvement, and/or policy to solve the issues or to accommodate the strategies and requirement of the management
- Ensure of smooth execution end-to-end recruitment and selection process and able to provide recommendation for candidate selection etc
- Support Manpower Requisition for new positions; assist in recruitment and selection process until hiring.
- Enhances the HR system effectiveness by providing correct and necessary information and facilitate all departments to achieve their target by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents by monitoring problems and issues.
- Support all activities of Employee relations.
- Ability in designing Key assessment, People development programs as well as to assess and analyze people development requirement of target group
- Prepare proper people development programs and budget for improvement
- Coordinate with vendor to brief requirement, run sourcing process and ensure of vendor delivery
