- As a project manager is to plan and ensure of successful and timely implementation of E Payment setup GL nationwide
- Review and select the most appropriate vendor to support the setup of business
- Coordinate with all related party to write down business workflow and procedure to support business activity
- Review existing process and formulate an appropriate process improvement, SLA and cost efficiency plan
- Develop e Learning program to provide E Payment knowledge for all party in organization
- Work closely with customers and other internal and external departments in ensuring of smooth execution
- Provide monthly performance tracking reports as require by management team
- Update actual department expenses in financial forecast template and link files from each department
