Responsibilities:
Working in a flat structure where you will be able to share ideas with the company directors, this role will allow you to be responsible for:
Prepare documents and items that liaising with customs clearance.
Create job file on company's system.
Preparing draft Export/Import entry to clients (EDI via Netbay system)
Checking draft Form for shipments under FTA regulation.
Classify HS code for new products.
Plan and update report for customs release daily.
Plan and update report for transportation daily.
Plan and update delivery status to clients in advance.
Prepare POD and keep record in job file.
Filing all concerns documents and receipt for close job file.
