Plan and Execute Local Store Marketing
Integrate the needs of the stores and customers to define and support LSM tactics.
Lead, implement and roll-out LSM tool kit and evaluate the result of each LSM tool kit.
Assess consequences of LSM programs and customer development programs to ensure it complements the overall marketing plan.
Facilitate and coordinate the programs with a cross-functional team to ensure the success of programs.
Monitor and Evaluation of Sales and Cost
Monitor sale performance, anticipate causes affecting performance, indicate magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with promotion campaigns to raise sales volume.
Work with Finance and Purchasing teams to conduct value analysis and ensure favorable
COG ratio to sales through cost improvement projects. Continue competitor and pricing

Ensure budgeting control on promotion and advertising expenditure.
